"Eat until 80% full" rule tossed right out the window

Gosh, I'm feeling so bloated now.
Buffet lunches are bad. Very bad... *burp!*

Every time after a buffet lunch, we vow never to have buffet lunches again. But after a while, you kind of miss them. I guess no dinner for you!
