To me, the people at work are like family.
I've spent more time at work than I ever did at home (well, except for now)
You work together, you hang out together and a special bond and a degree of trust is formed.
But what happens when that trust is broken?
What happens when the same person whom you've been working so closely with steals from you. Over and over again.
It is sad but they did the right thing in letting her go.
Unfortunately, the scar will remain.

The problem is that you can never know who to trust and some people will disappoint you.
