In preparation of my leaving, we decided it was best that I started training my next in line to take over my work. Handing over has already begun and it is starting to depress me. I must learn to let go however hard it is.
No one is truly indispensable.

I hate the transition period. Being there but to pretend that I am not. Oh well...
